Is Orlando Bloom moving to/in West Palm Beach,FL Right now?

I'm a student at Palm Beach Atlantic University, and people say that right across the street from campus Orlando Bloom hangs out by the bank. He's apparently working on designing a Penthouse Suite on the top floor of condo's he's building. That's why he's at this particular building. A lot of students say that they go over and hang out with him.





Is this a possibility?Is Orlando Bloom moving to/in West Palm Beach,FL Right now?
