They are bulbils. If you plant them, they may flower in a few years' time.Re: asiatic lily. It did not bloom but grew black balls where each leaf attaches. what is that?
They are like seeds. Scatter them around and they'll probably grow next year. If your plants did not flower, I imagine you need to research the proper growing conditions. Maybe they switch to asexual (not pollinated) propagation when they get too much or too little fertilizer, etc.
