Johnny Depp because he's wiser, a better actor with more variety and passion, and he seems to be a dedicated husband and father now who tries his best to take care and keep them out of the spotlight. He definetly seems more real and lets say, less airbrushed. Also, over the years he seems to have also learned from his mistakes.
Oh, totally Johnny Depp. Don't get wrong, Bloom is a cutie too (Legolas? Will Turner? =Awesome), but Johnny...who doesn't just love him? :)

johnny depp hands down. orlando bloom is an idiot and he was only hot in pirates of the caribbean 3 wen he was wearing that bandana at the end of the movie. but johnny depp has the sexy personality to match his sexy looks. AND he can ACT, while orlando bloom is just...dumb...

Honestly I don't like either. But Orlando looks slightly better than Johnny Depp. Johnny Depp looks very much like a hobo thats been using botox.
Of course this could depend on your personal preference and age. To me, they are both very talented actors and are both physically appealing! I could never choose! I'll take both.
