Is it ok to transplant a cactus when it is blooming?

I have several different cacti that I want to remove from containers and place into a cactus bed. Two of my cacti are currently blooming. Is it ok to transplant them while they are in bloom? I live in US Zone 8Is it ok to transplant a cactus when it is blooming?
Yes, you can transplant a cactus when it is blooming, if you don't mind that it may shock it, and interrupt it's blooming process. It really all depends on the cactus! Is it ok to transplant a cactus when it is blooming?
For any plant I would wait until a dormant stage where growth is less active.
