What flowers are generally blooming in fall?

I live in south carolina and i want to know specifically the red ones, but any other color as well!What flowers are generally blooming in fall?
Annuals:

';Cool season annuals can be planted in late September through October for a longer flowering season. Pansies are a mainstay 鈥?there are so many different varieties to choose from. Ornamental cabbage and kale also come in a variety of colors. Kale provides a nice contrast to pansies and other flowering annuals with interesting cut-leaves and foliage colors.';

';Other popular choices for fall planting include colorful Iceland poppies, bright yellow marigolds and garden mums.';

';Snapdragons, geraniums and dianthus (';pinks';)... Sweet alyssum, petunias.';

Perennials:

Crocus, Cornflower, Aster, Carnation, Boltonia, Sedum, Eupatorium ';Chocolate';, Delphinium, Anemone, etc.

';When thinking about fall color, don't forget grasses, which reign supreme in the fall border. Some grasses such as the Miscanthus genus begin flowering in late September and early October. Their stature (some grow to 6 feet) and plume-like flower heads resemble mini fireworks, and they combine well with other plants.';

Miscanthus, Japanese Blood Grass, Japanese Forest Grass are a few that look awesome combined with fall color.What flowers are generally blooming in fall?

Chrysanthemums. Yellow is the most common color, but they also come in red (see link to photo below). They are very hardy perennials. Each year, break them off at the ground after they finish blooming and the foliage has died. That is all the maintenance they require besides normal watering and fertilizing during the summer while the plant is maturing.

I truly love fall blooming perennials there are many to choose from. Asters and golden rod look great together. Obedient plant,boltoinia and Japanese anemones are nice. But my favorites are the ones with unusual and unique blooms and they are monkshood, turtlehead and toadlilies,totally awesome plants that everyone who visits my garden raves about. Now for red I would say the cardinal flower ( Lobelia cardinalis). If you'd like the other bontanical names just let me know. Happy gardening!
Mums, they come in any color imagineable, including red.
