I don't think there is anything to it. She was talking about certain characteristics that go with a name. Obviously this can't be true - except in the same that that horoscopes can be true. To assume a name carries certain characteristics would mean that by giving you a specific name your parents were giving you certain characteristics.
However, many names are derivatives of other words or have their own meanings. For example my name, Justin, means just or righteous.Any1 who's seen Elizabeth town with Orlando Bloom and Kristin Dunst or ppl that study names?
